Not working properly

I have purchased kaspersky version for my three systems in my school

as it is not working properly the virus was not removed i have update and scaned no of time message on the top your comuter security is risk threat have been dected. I search phone no 04023745252 / 18004250052 no response some one say from customer it not our group so exactly i don't no where to log or complaint

This is first time i have purchased u r product as we heard that its good

sorry to say we fed up with ur product before we are using notron it nice try help us
