Refund of my Fee & document

R/Sir? madam

My self sonu kumar, S/O Sh. Udaybir, V.P.O- Bhatla, Teh.- Hansi, Distt_ Hisar, Sir i have take a admission in Lingya's university under B.Tec course in M.E branch. I have deposited rs. 59500/- as my ist semester fee.and rs. 2700/- as my hostel fee and my orignal document. But now i want to drop my seat from Lingya's University. Due to this i submit a wrriten application in Lingya's university regarding to drop my seat and refund of my fees and orignal documet. But Collage Authority refuse to give my orignal document & my deposited fees. My father is a farmer and they do not know about the sytem of Universities. s

So kindly help of mine in favour of refund my fees and orignal document.

This a big amount For us (59500 27000=86500/-). I have the slip of deposited fees for first semester. And i have I.D card of Lingya's University. My Roll No. in University is 11me158.

I shall be higly thank ful to you. Plz help me
