Non-Approved engg colg but running

Espected sir,

my name is jaya.. and i want to lodge a complaint against my engg colg which is situated in alwar.it is not approved by AICTE... everyone is serious abt their career but the chairman, the principle is not at all interested in this matter... even the students filed a case against it but nothing is happening...

so i request to take serious and rapid action as soon as possible and let me know...
