PESSE college has clearly stated to us that the college will reopen only after 12 days following the VTU second semester exam on July 16, when the opening date according to VTU is clearly August 1st. We students require a break of at least 20 days after 1 year of college. PES repeatedly does not adhere to the VTU schedule and does not give us any holidays.
