Non receipt of marks sheet

I have enrolled for M.com (BANKING) course through maa bhagwati institute, jodhpur from madurai kamaraj university in SEPT my registration no. A9A5720053 . I have passed out both semester till may exam but i have not received my marksheet of any year from university and both university and maa bhagwati institute are not given me proper reply . please help to get my marksheet of both years.
