Examination marksheet not received

I had answered my 3rd year B.B.A. exam in may from Madurai university, Goa centre, Enrollment No. A6A4617812, however I was marked absent for two papers BC2 (Marketing management)& BC5 (Computer application in Business) although I had answerd the papers. I had send the letter through Goa correspondonce college for the neglegance they had done with my original marksheet attached to it for verification, but there was no reply nor did I received my original marksheet, I was told to reappear. Subsequently I appeared for the exam & cleared my papers in Dec.2009 exam. Till date I have not received my consolidated marksheet with my degree certificate.

Please look into the matter urgently as I want to take admission for my M.B.A. couse.
