Sir, I have written three times to mentioned university about" how we can improve our mark after clearing our Final degree programme (B.A.) Public Adm. but still am awaited for the reply. I also send email to Controller of Exam via Grievance cell but no reply. please help me sir as I am serving in Defence and in very destrubing area of Srinagar.
