Name change

I have completed my 10th in 2001 my name was printed prayeeth kumar instead of praneeth kumar and from that onwards my name prayeeth kumar in all my certificates.but in ration card, caste certificate and voter card printed as praneeth kumar .please tell the procedure to change my name in 10th and intermediate certificates
