I took admission in MZOS; like other IT institutes they also promised me 100% placement. Many days passed but I didn’t get any call. I was bothered regarding my job placement now. They use to say two words only "Wait" and be "Patient". Still I kept taking follow up. Then the situation started changing, I started getting calls. This was my 1st call and I was happy as well as nervous, unluckily I couldn’t able to clear it. I recognized I have to develop my skill as well as have to work out my fear. So, I attended the soft-skills as well as technical sessions which gave me the self-confidence. Now this time again I got the call but missed this opportunity too. The HR of MZOS helped me by giving me time as well as she also gave me the tips for my attitude. Now finally 3rd call and not only MZOS, but I also had put all my strength and this I grabbed this opportunity with a package of 2.8L per anum.
Its fact in the beginning I was annoyed as well as lost my patience but finally I got the job.
