Egarding Caution money & mess caution money

Sir,

i was student of MCA (09 Batch) in MANIT, Bhopal my Scholar No. was 062106128. i have submitted Rs. 1500 for caution money Rs. 1000 Mess Caution Money and I have to get Rs. 1400 from Mess which is deposited by me. after that i meet to Hostel Care Taker he had given me details that your 1400 Rs. are due to Hostel but we have no balance in our mess account. then i met with Sr. Warden he also replied same. then i mailed to Director Dr. R.P. Singh. he forwarded this matter to Sr. Warden but even then i couldn't get any response. I'm getting what to do and how to do?

Sir please help me to get out of this.
