Maxfort school rohini
Non refundable capitation fee

My child has been selected for nursery admission in maxfort school, Rohini. The school is demending Rs 73500 including RS 40000 as institutional fee. Since my ward has not been selected in first list of any other school, it has become mandatory for us to secure admission in this school. In the event of admission in any other school in second list, this fee remains non refundable. Is it legal for the schools to demand such an exorbitant amount? Can we do something about this? kindly help
