I took admission in B.Ed college Radha Govind College of Education Noida through B. Ed counciling 12 . After that I expressed my inability to attend the class and withdraw my name from the college B. Ed. admission as the school is far away from Kanpur on account of owing ill health of my husband.
Kindly suggest me what should I do to get my tuition fee refunded.
