i was filled online form of bsc 1st for holkar college (INDORE) and i was choose one another colledge its MRCS BUT I want admission in holkar colledge but my name is not in the holkar colg list i have passed 12 th in 67% and there is in holkar colg 64% passed student that college and they are belong the category of OBC and i m also in obc category

i just want to complane and want proper mail id and complain helpline no.
