I have surrendered my Dolphin sim Mob no.9869245797 on 08.07.2009. My

Dolphin sim is post paid. SIM NO.8991695066600573393. The amount of deposit made by me at the time of taking sim at Dolphin Office is not refunded even after 9 months. NO one is to respond. Please lookinto the grivance and arrange to send the refund cheque to my address given at the time of surrendering. i.e.
