Respected Sir,
My reference no. is PATA093012. It's showing passport "Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be despatched by 15-04. Subject to all documents being in order", but i have to give IELTS exam. for which i desperately need the passport and since i am intended to enroll in colleges at Canada for September session, i should have to apply in late February or early March. So is there any procedure to get my passport earlier, i can't wait for April to come cause it takes time to other further formalities done in the way to abroad.
