Sir,

This is Subash Kumar Saraf from Sunari para, Barbazar Sambalpur Orissa. My Airtel Mob No is 9937055170. I regret to inform you that this Mob is showing most of the time ‘Out of Range’ because of poor service by the local Airtel Service provider. But other service providers like BSNL, VODA PHONE, RELIENCE have excellent signal and very good service here.

So please Call me in the Mob Numbers stated above. I am facing this problem since last two years. I have made several complaints to Airtel. They only tell “ We understand your concern and we will work together to resolve your issue “ But Airtel is very aggressive in connection with Bill l Payments. The officers never forget to make frequent calls, and when I tell what I remind them about my Network Problem they simply say, wait “ Our technical teams are looking into the matter personally ”

Given below are the cell phone numbers of persons who sell Voucher cards for all Mobile Service providers, they are also totally dissatisfied with Airtel Service, you may ask them for your satisfaction.

I want to tell you that I am unable to receive calls using my cell phone, the signal strength is zero. To make a call I have to go to the main road, I have made tons of complaints but nobody tried to rectify the fault. I was given false assurances only. Due to this my father Dr. B.Saraf, cell # 9937083115 surrounded his connection.

My Complain No are 17334002 Dt. 1.7.2008 & 17385880 Dt. 7.8.2008. The Airtel company is very much aggressive for bill Payments only. They do nothing. Please do the needful at the earliest.

I am very sorry to say Network Problem is Still Continue... and I again tell you that I am unable to receive calls, Due to signal problem I have to call back to my callers from the main road or from my Home's roof and for this reason my bill usage also is high.
