Not responding to the custome

There a booklet posted by NFED for the study material for AIEEE... So, i have responded to it and ordered a study material (Sigma Files) on 23rd of march.. with a information provided in the booklet that it will reach within 7 days... So, i hv called @ the Sales office in Delhi.. n dey told meh that they will send it after 3rd april.. after 3rd april passed.. i have again called to confirm... they told that they will send on 8th.. bt since then they are not responding to my phone calls and i havent got my material yet...
