Non receipt of p.f.amount

I was working as a Faculty in NIFBIT, from 01.08.06 to 27.02.09.I have two P.F.Accounts. Emp.code70002036-01.08.06 to 30.04.08-DL/34232/5and Emp.code18954-01.05.08 to 27.02.09-DL/34232/000173.I submitted my claim on 27.02.09 which was returned on19.10.09 for the reason that my Father's name is not matching with the records. I have resubmitted the form with necessary proof for my

Father's name with a detailed covering letter on 19.11.09 and sent it by First flight courier. I am yet to receive any feed back or claim settlement. Please do the needful and arrange for the settlement of my claim. For any clarification, please contact me in the number given below.
