Low incoming voice

On recieving the call i m not able to hear the caller voice clearly as i used to hear before

and sometimes my voice is not hearable to the reciever

so plese do something... i m facing this problem since many days

n i had submitted my mobile to nigdi nokia care but they are just giving me the reason dat the earpiece is damaged and it is not available

so they just make me to come afterwards
