Problem in installing GPRS setting

I have not been able to install GPRS setting of BSNL in NOKIA E 63 hand set. I tried with the BSNL Operator also but everytime the message would read - "Setting received but not saved. Message deleted."

I am exasperated after more then 100 times. My number is 919436315650. Please send proper setting to the phone so that I can save it.
