I had sent a consignment no. E50824370 on 24th NOV and it was dispatched from your SILIGURI office to KOLKATA weighing 2.5 kg for VINAYAKA MISSIONS UNIV. SALEM after it left KOLKATA it became untraceable for the last 10 days. The consignment contained 3 PROJECTS (of M.Phil, M.Sc.etc.) which are of unpredictable value to the students and there is constraint of time as their result is pending for the said PROJECTS . It is quite depressing on the SILVER JUBILEE YEAR OF FIRST FLIGHT COURIER after this MISAPPROPRIATION there is no response from KOLKATA HUB of your organisation of repute informing them about the immense value of the consignment.
It is a request to you to look into this matter at the earliest and find a solution or the future of the 3 students will be at stake.
