Not answering the phone

What is this...???

if aieee don't want to receive the call, then why they have given us the contact number..???

at least students will be satisfied that they have no choice to contact them.

i immediately want to know what can be the problem if bar-code has been folded mistakenly... can anyone answer or help me plz...??
