Cheating with me by National Institute of Management (NIM)

I had been taken admision for distance MBA course offered by National Institue of Management, Stiphen court house, Kolkata. Total course fee has taken 30, 700 at a time. but till date no books send by them or they are not giving no answer over telephone.several email send them but till date no answer give me.

so I am feeling insecurity about the istitute.and have some doubt about cheating.
