No marksheet after 2 years

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have to say this with an utter dismay that after writing the M.Phil (Computer Science) exams in August the marksheets are not yet received to my study centre, SSK College (www.sskcollege.com), Anna Salai, Chennai. I have called the study centre many a times and their standard reply over phone is "WE HAVE WRITTEN TO THE UNIVERSITY AND WILL RECEIVE IT BY THE END OF THIS MONTH!! ".

I find that joining periyar university, salem through distance education is the biggest mistake that I have made in my educational career. It is like a wait and watch game for receiving the result and marksheet and still nothing happens. If this is the case, I wonder when will the provisional/degree certificate (s) will be received???

I lodge a complaint in the comsumer forum for the university to take prompt and timely action in this regard as many students like me are sailing in the same boat.

I hope and trust that someone in this forum is listening and will take speedy action in this regard.
