Amount deducted wrongly on portal

Dear Sir,

Ref: debit card no.5047753019100016869

Two times debit of Rs.450/- and Rs.350/-

As I had used my debit card ref above at a recruitment sight portal and amout was deducted and transaction was failed in month of OCT"2011

Than I complained for same during complaint I was told that amount will get back within 48 hours. (but not recd)

Than I complained to Mr. Ajay Despande (94251-03955) for this. He told you will get money back within 15 days to 1 month.

But same was not done.

You are kindly requested to kindly look into matter and take action immediately.

As per your requirement transaction no is. 274811264368 portal name is vyapam 82064368 amount is Rs.450/- 22/10.

One more transaction is along with is Rs.350/- on same portal.
