Non receipt of mark sheet and certificate

Sir/Madam,

This is to bring into notice that I with many of my friends have admitted our self in Indian Maritime University for PG Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. The attached file was given into notice that we are passed out but unfortunately we have not got our mark sheet or diploma. We are constantly in touch with our course coordinator Mr. Mrinal Kanti Dasgupta (mobile: 09330853319) for the last one year but he is unable to give any proper answer. We are helpless as this cannot be excepted from a Central Government University. If any Government University does this, how can students rely?
