I beg to say that I PRIYA BHARTI student of B.TECH IInd year CIVIL BRANCH studing in GALGOTIA'S COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, KNOWLEDGE PARK - II am being treated very badly regarding my admit card. The college authorities are saying that I am being detained from semester exams as my attendance is low. My college is not giving correct information about my attendance. I also asked regarding my detention and about my attendance from MTU office, they said that nobody had been detained from the university and every one is allowed to give exams and the additional controller of examination officer told me that if you have attendance above 60% no one can stop you from giving semester exams. You can check my attendance on "galgotia ERP Online" which is showing a blue line that is between 60 - 74.99% where most of the students are permitted to give exams having same attendance as mine.
Furthermore, nobody is co-operating with me about my admit card. And whenever I go to HEAD OF CIVIL DEPARTMENT - Mr. N.R. CHANDAK, every time he says that I should go and talk to the DIRECTOR - Mr. R. SUNDARSEAN and when he will order H.O.D. to give admit card then only he will give my admit card. But whenever I go to meet the DIRECTOR his secretary did not allow me a single time to meet the DIRECTOR. And I told the same to the H.O.D. then he told me to go and talk to the CHAIRMAN Mr. SUNEEL GALGOTIA (Owner of the college) and he told me straight forward that 200 students have been detained overall in the college, everyone will be given their admit card but not mine. I asked him the reason but he did not disclosed any reason.
I again approached H.O.D. on 11th december from that day he is talking very rudely and started insulting me in front of the whole staff in a shouting manner. I go to him everyday and request him for my admit card but he is doing the same and insulting me. Also my parents did approached him from this last one week and he is also insulting them.
Moreover, I have checked the detention list which goes to the director from the H.O.D. had my attendance 10% (approximately) less than the actual attendance i.e. 51.88% but I came to know that my attendance is around 61%.
It is my humble request to you to kindly take a legal action against them as soon as possible as my semester exams are starting from 20th december i. e tomorrow. And if I am not allowed to sit in my exams then I will have to lose a year without any genuine reason and my career will be adversely affected due to this and I also request to you to kindly change my college as this incidence could occur in my near future.
