Egarding degree certificate

I have done B.Ed from NGM College of Education Jammu under the Jammu University in year 2010 and currently applied for teaching job in u.p Actually my organization is asking me for my degree certificate. I have applied for degree about 6 months back by registry But till now the answer from Degree concerned staff is that they don't have the paper for degree and they have ordered it 6 months back and they have not got the paper yet. As this is a very long duration and still they dont have required paper for Degree certificates. I just want to bring this thing in front of you so that you take some action. Request your immediate action on this as I need my certificate in jan. plz help
