I have received numerous phone calls for the past 9 months from phone # 800-443-1638, they are asking for a person I have never heard of. I tell them they have the wrong number and they get an attitude about it. They tell me to Just put him on the phone.
I have explained that they are calling my cell phone and I have no idea who this person is. Undoubtedly this person gave my cell phone number as his work number, not my problem. I called the number back one day (8 months ago) after receiving 16 calls in ONE DAY. They were calling literally every 2 minutes.
I spoke with a manager and explained the situation and she apologized and said they would never call again. Well that lasted for maybe 2 days total. Then the phone calls started again. Again I called and told them to please quit calling. Finally I gave up on answering the phone when seeing that number and they would sit on the voice mail and never talk, hang up and call again then sometimes would leave messages.
The calls are getting closer and closer once again, this time I take down EVERYONE'S name and the time they call, thank them for calling and hang up without letting them know whether I know this person or not.
It doesn't matter to them if I don't know the person, they tell me to put him on the phone anywayHELLO
Today I called back the number after being so irate with them calling 6 times I asked for the name of the Company, which again I was told Dell Financial (after having to drag it out of them) and then asked for their address, I was told that I called INDIA. Whether that is true or not I have no idea, yet everyone who seems to call does have a foreign accent.
This company needs to be stopped and I am willing to do what needs to be done for the harassment to STOP.
