My kids Mr. Rahul Sharma & Ms. Sakshi Sharma were studing in Alpine international Sr. Sec. School-Ludhiana (School no.04654) since 2010.This year my son passed out ninth class and promoted to class-X and daughter to 4th class. After result I purchased new books set for class-4thfrom school worth Rs.3050/-.At the same time (after 3 days time) I was transferred to Yamunanagar. Then I requested school staff including school principal (Mrs. Dheer), director (Mr. Dheer) of the school to return the books but they have refused to return the same even if no name was written on any of the book. The books were kept clean and even packing was not removed. School has refused to tell me the name of the book seller to whom should i return the books but they started making excuses and refused for the same also.
I was harassed by the school director and school staff. You are requested to please look into the matter and do the needful.
