i have made repeated complaints on thee Aqua Sure helpline, since October i have a annual maintenance contract signed, have paid 900/-, no one has turned up to change thee candles and filters.i got fed up and stopped calling. after some manual cleaning the machine started working again. theis time around 27-28th march the water started overflowing, and i again called the helpline on 29th march at 8am. waited for 2 hours called back and took a complaint# since i had received no sms withe complaint# as assured by the Customer Service rep. Since then till today April 3rd i have made more then 10 calls, and the reps, Sunita Jhansi Ajit have assured that in 24hrs someone would come by to service but no use, i was then given a tel# 9342 310579 of one Mr. Raghunath Reddy the Service Manager, he said he would call back in 30 mins and when i tried calling him he did not receive thee calls. i sent a sms withe no response. This kind of service is an insult to a company of Forbes standards and stature.
