Useless service provider (rubicon)

I have not seen a worst service provider than Rubicon services in my life. First of he never comes on time for servicing the water purifier. On reminding him he never sends a person but flatly takes the complaint saying he will send the person tomorow. I dont understand why such a reputed firm has kept such a hopeless sevice provider . i would like to see some action against him
