I had lodged a complaint against Rubicon Servive centre last week for not providing service. Inspite od this the problem persist, After lodging the complaint one guy came the next day i.e. on friday 11th june and after checking the machine said that one of the parts of the machine was faulty and that he would replace it on Monday (14th June) and there was no need to remind him about this. On monday no one turned uptill afternoon and hence my wife called up the Rubicon Service centre. On complaining about this they said sorry and promised to send someone today and yet the same history was repeated i, e. no one turned up. I am now fed up of this sevice provider and if you dont sort this up i will register a complain against you in Cosumer Court. Also i want you to terminate the contract of Rubicon. Latly if you cant provide service i want you take the machine back.
