I recently found out that RUBICON SERVICES, JOGESHWARI Claim that they are authorised service center for servicing water filter, washing machines and other electronic appliances. KENSTAR has not bothered to inform customers that they have stopped giving contract to RUBICON SERVICES Yet they are operating and fooling the public that they authorised service centre. KENSTAR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY LOUZY AND THEY JUST BELIEVE IN SELLING THEIR PRODUCTS AND NOT GIVING PROPER SERVICE SO PLEASE IF YOU ARE USING THEIR WATER FILTER OR ANY OTHER APPLIANCES PLEASE BEWARE THAT RUBICON SERVICES IS NOT AUTHORISED TO CONDUCT SERVICE, THEY ARE GIVING DUPLICATE CANDLES AND CARBON. I DID TRY TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, KENSTAR BUT THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED.
