Aquaforce a dealer in water purifier equipments located in Madipakkam and Nanganallur, Chennai.
Initially when buying they have provided written statement for one year it has got all warranty including replacement of parts membranes etc.
But when we placed a complaint within a year and the service personnel said they will charge 1700rs since the membrane has to be replaced.
When we told them that it is under warranty they never bothered to listen and they did not even bothered to service the warranty they have promised.
Really worried about the fate of consumenrs when such business exists and continue to do business.
