Not working and the saler is frod, Phone no and adress given on invoice is not exisiting, His cell no is working but not responding

I have purchased the Aquafresh from Mr. Navin Kumar his phone no is 09216163093 on 12/04 vide invoice no 410, the invoice is in the name of PARIMA, Booth No 114, Sector 40 D Chandigarh ..

Unit is not working after 15 days of installtion, it is under warranty and after repeated call to Mr. Navin Kumar is not responding ..

The office adress given on invoice is not existing, even phone no is not exisitng, I tried to find the addresss from the Box, but there is no manufacturing location or suppler address mentioned on the box

so this is pure case of cheating ..

I have checked on net and also found similaer case against Mr. Navin Kumar .. I dont have his adress so even I can send leagal notice to his address and can not find any case in consumer court ..

So kindly let me know, How I should proceed
