I purchased aquaguard RO 3 months back, It was given one year guarantee and 3 free services. 2 weeks before one service guy came for normal service checkup, then onwards water is leaking RO system and also water purification is also not happening properly (previously it used to take 15 min to get 1 glass water purification now within 5 min 1 ltr water is coming which is not purified). i had raised complaint in Hyderabad customer care and continuously calling them from 2 weeks, but issue is not got resolved. after registering complaint they are sending service guy and he is just opening RO and not checking whether problem is solved or not, simply saying i can wait only 15 min if again problem exists call to customer care, and again when we call to customer care they are saying that we already sent service guy.i am not understanding are they want issue to be solved or no of complains to increase. If the issue is not solved what if they come 2 times or 3 times for service. I am fed up calling customer care and the services provided by aquaguard. friends dont buy any aquagurad RO purifiers if you buy then think like use and throw dont think that they will be providing service.
