Delay in refunds of security deposite

Dear sir, i am a vodafone post paid subscriber for last 2 to 3 years. I have 3 post paid connections and the noumbers are 9833518280 ; 9833518281 and 9833848281. Due to poor network, poor billing and worst customer care service, on 31st of january i decided to cancel the service of vodafone. I made an application of cancellation of all my three noumbers and ask for refund of security deposites at vodafone stores, Mirabhayander road, Thane. They promised me that i will gets my refunds with in two month. They refunded Rs. 94. 67 other credit amount for cell no. 9833848281 but they had't refunded security deposite of Rs. 500. I have sent E-mail to their nodal office mr. Rajesh shetty and to appelate authority mr. Laxmi bhan but so far up to now they have't responded at all. This to inform you that refund i have received was on 22nd march and today is 22nd april. This people are not communicating with me directly and their office staff says that they are unable to trace the security deposite in their accounts and asking always for time. I have got the receipt and i have sent them the details through e-mail but with regret to say that they are not interested in addressing my complaint.
