I have purchased Aqua Springfresh on 03/02, in the month of February it stopped functioning. When the concerned person checked it, there was a loose connection. Then again in March it stopped working. Now the serviceman told me that AC DC Adapter had been damaged. He had committed to get it within 2 days. It has been 10 days now no one has turned up. I am calling the service centre almost everyday bt they are saying that they have not received the part from the head office.
Now within 2 months i have had two instances either you provide me with another piece or justify the reason of failure in every month.
