I HAD AN AQUA GUARD OF ROYAL BRAND PURCHASED FROM EUREKA FORBES. I MADE A SERVICE CONTRACT OF 3 YEARS. AS PER THE CONTRACT THE SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE SHOULD VISIT MY HOME AND SERVICE THE PURIFIRE AND CHANGE SOME INGRAIDENTS/INTERNALS INSIDE THE PURIFIRE. BUT EVERY TIME WE HAD TO CALL THEM AND GET OUR PURIFIRE SERVICED, INTERNALS CHANGED AS PER SCHEDULE. RECENTLY MY WHOLE FAMILY GOT SICK AND WE SUFFERED NEARLY ONE WEEK FOR THIS. THE DOCTORS EXPLAINED THAT IT IS BECAUSE OF CONTAMINATED WATER. AS WE ARE DRINKING WATER FROM OUR AQUA GUARD THEY ARE MOST DEFINITLY RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR SICKNESS AND SUFFERINGS. I THEREFORE WANTS TO COMPLAIN TO THEM ABOUT THE WHOLE EPISODE AND WANT TO LITIGATE THEM.
