This is to inform that i have launched three (3) complains and requested for my aquagaurd to be serviced but nothing has happened yet. My complain # is 83224953 and i have been trying to get the problem fixed since june but nothing is working out. The supervisor Ms. Shaina Mitra was not available to speak to the customera s she was busy in lunch at 3:30 pm (20/7/10). The two telephone # of some MS. Simi (Consumer Division Head- who sits in GKII) was switched off. There is no one responsible enough to get it sorted. I am escalting this matter as i have a small kid at my home and noone is taking any action on my request. Please someone should come and get my aqugaurd serviced asap.
