Hi! I hv bought aquasure nano ro from Hometown, Ishanya Mall, Pune on 7th Dec (Tin no.- 27050293297v). There is 1 yr warranty on this product. Since last 2 months, i hv faced problem in the device 5-6 times. Each time I logged a complaint with eureka forbes, they took more than 48 hrs to send the field engg. Also, the nature of problem is repetitive i.e. Adapter gets faulty. Currently also, I am facing the same problem. Booked a complaint with Eureka forbes (complaint no.85423384) yesterday at 10:50 am and still waiting for response from them.
I need a permanent solution. Either they should replace the existing device or extend the warranty. I have never expected such a pathetic after sales service and lackluster attitude.
