I have purchased a AQUESURE RO system on July, The past four days I was running pillar to post to get it repaired which is under warranty or replaced. After giving complained I took a leave for three days by looking the service engineer, as we both were working. The service engineer who came to my house couden't able to do any thing and the explanation which I got from the tech. manager the guy was a trainer and he will send a senior one afterwards. What is my mistake? Bought a Eurika Forbes Marketed product?
Kindly see in to the matter and help us out to get our machine replaced or get our money back.
