Aquasure water purifier

Hi

I bought Aquasure Water Purifer from Croma with extended warranty for 2 years a year back. Purifier was not fuctioning properly and the complaint was made 18.08.2010. After several call and reminders today, I was asked to call up Croma Extended Warranty No. 18002092525. From where just now I got new Complaint No. i.e. 2587.

My complaint is, if they would have told on 18.08.2010 that we have to call up Croma, we would have done it. Why do we bear this pain, with no fault of ours. And moreover where in Mosoon we should have Safe Water we were lacking coz of no proper communication.
