Replacement of Nokia BL 5C battery

Dear Sir,

I am user of Nokia since last five years. In my NOKIA 2310 mobile battery is foulty, so i register a compliant on 19/08. Till date I have not received your replacement battery.

If i saw on NOKIA site regarding status of battery following information is showing.

Date Status

08-19 Serial number added to the system.

08-19 Address information analyze initiated.

08-20 Replacement battery is in delivery.

10-15

I think that other person who had registered yhe same compliants they are geting the replacement batteries.

Please confirm with courier through which you are sending the battteries.
