Bad Service and not repairing or exchanging the bad part

Hi,

I bought a BLACKBERRY Pearl (8100) from them (Invoice # AMC/19596, Order # IC13275) on 7-May which started giving problems after a few days, probably in September so I called them several times for the same (Few Complaint numbers: C/23/10/09/113, C/18/11/09/020) and every time they kept on saying that they will arrange a pickup but wasn't done for a long time. Finally they picked it up after like 40-45 calls via AWB # D01725608 (DTDC Courier) on 23-Nov and since then they are not giving any reply nor even returning the same handset, as a result I don't have the product I paid for. When I call them for the status, they say that they will arrange a call back (for more than 20-25 times at least) which has never been done till date and it has been almost 3 months that I am without my handset and they are not showing any interest in repairing, replacing or retuning me the bad one also. I have told them that I will go to Consumer Court but still no response and no help from these guys. Please help.
