I had purchased a Nokia 6233 Mobile phone on 20.09.2006. But Network problem was detected in the said set on 18.09.2007 and the said set was given to Nokia Care, RNS Enterprisers, G.M.College Road, Dhutra Para, Sambalpur-768001 on 19.09.2007 for repairing which is well within the warranty period. But till date Nokia Care is unable to say the status of the repairing of said set even though 50 days have been elapsed. My job sheet no is 331434038/070919/14 dated 19.07.2007.I condemn the poor customer service of Nokia
