I have purchased Avis Hiteck Room Cooler in 2007. During the end of summber last year the product developed problems. Since then I am trying to contact their service centre telephone No. 65070405, this number is always busy. I have visited the dealer from whom I purchased this cooler, he has expressed his inability to help me and provided the same number to me to get the cooler repaired..
From the internet, I got one mobile number of the company 09811136063 which is not responding at all. I don't know how to get my cooler repaired.
The show rooms are filled up with their Room Cooler and they are selling this product and misguiding the consumers by talking very high about this company.
This company is fraud company which don't care their customer at all, once their product is sold.
Please help me to get out of the problem.
