Replacement of memory card problem

I have purchased a Nokia 6270 on 15th May from a Nokia Priority dealer in Gurgaon (Air Connect, SCO No.11, Sector-14). My 512 MB memory card stopped functioning since September. When I called up the Nokia Customer Care No. at 011 - 30303838 on 1st November, one of the phone executives confirmed to me that the warranty perriod for the Memory card is for 6 months. I got the address of Nokia Care center in Gurgaon by the name "Sheetla WLL Services". Co-incidently, I visited "Sheetla WLL Services, Old Delhi Road, Opp. Plaza Solitare, Sector-14, Gurgaon" on 31st October and was told by the shop people that the memory card has a warranty of 3 months from the date of purchase. Later, when I called them up on 1st November, they told me that I need to make a request and surrender my memory card and it will take approx. 10 days to be replaced from Nokia care at M/s Bright Point India (P) Ltd. at Okhla. When I visited Solectron Centum Electronics Ltd. (Devi palace, delhi - gurgaon road, prem nagar, 229-230/2, gurgaon) on the 31st October the executive told me that they do not have the stock but when the stock arrives, I just need to go and get it replaced then and there. I am getting different versions form different people and I feel I am being harrassed. Now, the problem is that time is passing away and by the time the stock arrives, my warranty period might well be over. pls suggest me about any other alternative to get the same replaced ASAP.
