I am a unsatisfied customer of Axiom,
I have purchase a Sony xylo Phone from Axiom store in Select city mall (malviya nagar) on 06-Feb-11 along with 1 year insuarance & 2 year extended warranty.
On 20 April-11, I met with an accident & phone got damaged, on 25 -April I have submitted the phone to AXIOM for claim of Insuarance amount & Repairing of phone, but now on 15-June-11 they are not able to deliver my phone, its already approx 2 months gone and they want 15 days more
I am not able to understand that how AXIOM is working, as even after complaining on mails many time, they have not reverted to me, no contact no's provided on website, even service center people not ready to give any senior's contact no., also they are not escalating the same to seniors.
I dont know what the exact problem is either they have lost my phone or they are not able to get it repaired by sony service center.
Can any body is able to resolve my issue, I am waiting for your kind revert.
